SILVER SERVICE PACKAGE
Month of & Day of Coordination
If you have the planning taken care of, but just need coordination so that you can relax and enjoy your special day… This package is for you and essential for every bride!
- Initial meeting to get an overview of your wedding day vision
- Meet four weeks before wedding date to finalize details, create a detailed timeline for contracted vendors, processional outline, etc…
- Personally contact each vendor on the wedding week to confirm arrangements and to make sure they agree with the timeline that they received two weeks prior
- Referrals to vendors as needed
- Design & Decor ideas
- Unlimited advice via telephone or e-mail
- Provide information on traditions and protocol and advice on etiquette
- Coordinate all of the formalities on wedding day such as the processional, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc… so that you can relax knowing everything’s taken care of
- Orchestrate Rehearsal & Ceremony
- Arrive to wedding site two hours prior to ceremony to ensure a smooth day and to set up personal items such as, favor’s, place cards, guestbook, etc… (within reason)
- Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors if needed
- Direct the seating of guests with the ushers, que musicians
- Keep wedding party and families stress free
- Act out as a liaison between you and your vendors to ensure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time
- Assist the bride and attendants during dressing for the ceremony if needed
- Bustle wedding gown at the reception if needed
- Place personal items (bouquet, cake knife, toasting glasses, guest book, gifts, etc…) in an area for family or designated friends responsible for items

Partial Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination
If you want to plan your own wedding but need someone to come along side you to help throughout the process, this is the package for you! (very popular)
- Initial meeting to get an overview of your wedding day vision
- Five face to face meetings (up to one in a half hour each)
- Advice on budget allocation to keep you on track
- Review contracts of the vendors you have chosen (if needed)
- Negotiate hotel group room blocks for out of town guests if needed
- Assist the groom with duties/responsibilities of the wedding planning
- Meet four weeks before your event to walk through wedding site and finalize details, create a detailed timeline for contracted vendors, processional outline, etc…
- Venue/Seating diagram assistance
- One wedding coordinator assistant (or more depending on guest count)

Full-Service Wedding Planning & Coordination
